Heather Duncan has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2004 and began her aesthetician journey in 2010 at Crystal Mountain, moving from hair and nails to skin. She has worked and led many aesthetic teams at resort spas, including the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, the Ritz Carlton in Naples, and the Omni Hotel in Louisville.

Achieving clients’ skin care goals excites Heather, driving her passion for connecting with people and helping them grow. She believes the key to evolving is continuous education, pursuing excellence, and building connection. Keeping up on results-driven skincare products and technology allows her to offer higher quality experiences and create deeper connections through professional touch and listening to her clients.

She currently resides in Manistee with her husband and their two beautiful children.
